RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased due to a manufacturer's defect on the product, you can return the product for a full refund, in which case refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made, within 2 - 5 working days. However, if you provided ICT Cart Limited your bank details during registration, a full refund would be done to your registered bank account within 24 hours; from the time your refund was approved.

On the other hand, you may exchange defective products for a new product (same model) or similar product of the same cost. You can return or exchange defective products purchased within 5 working days from the delivery date. 

Returned or exchanged products MUST be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
